I have to say, WOW! I have almost nothing negative to say about these two! I like your contrasting colors as well as the auras! The blue to yellow on the left is a good combination, but the red to black kind of makes it a bit harder to see the dark things, such as the hair, than it would have with the use of another color, such as a smokey grey or coal color. However, I know you were trying to stick with color scheme, so it's just small detail. ^^ I really like the posing you've done for the girl on the right! I have to say you've improved! Your hair is just gorgeous and shading-lighting techniques are awesome!!!
For the left, nice job with the metallic look on the armor, but the shield doesn't have that same luminescence. The sword could have used a bit more shine, as well. As for the cloth, I think if you applied the same technique you used for the swinging pieces of the right girl's skirt, then the... man dress would look more cloth-like.
Really awesome backgrounds, btw. Simple, but effective.
